The home was beautiful and perfect for a vacation gathering while still offering Lots of room to afford privacy. The yard with its heated pool and charming gazebo are definitely a highlight of the property. A quick walk away from the beach and super close to downtown. Our group had a wonderful time and would lease the space again

My family and I enjoyed our stay while visiting San Antonio for BMT graduation. The house was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many attractions. My kids loved the game room as well. It was nice that they had their own area to play. Tommaso was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

Tommaso was communicative and hosted a very comfortable and cozy home. I am very picky with my BNB selections but, I am glad I booked with him. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. The AC is very cold which is a great thing! Enjoy his place.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The highlight was the rooftop terrace w/ hot tub & amazing sunsets every evening! Rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. Community is gated w/ ample parking. Location is great and recommend walking to restaurants & beaches. We tried to find parking closer to beach & it was jam packed (expected as it was Easter weekend). Will mention that grocery stores/markets are not in beach town, closest one was about a 15 min drive. If wanting to cook or have late night snacks, would recommend buying supplies before it gets too late. Most stores & restaurants by 9 or 10pm, and do not offer delivery. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay & would definitely return if staying in this area. Also, add Playa Buye to your stop! So close & one of our favorite beaches!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and the heated pool was a life saver for the kiddos on some of the cooler days. I would recommend this Airbnb to others.

This was a great place for two families to stay. It had plenty of comfortable beds, eating and gathering space and outdoor space that made the stay super relaxed and fun. The only issue was the hot water/water pressure in the showers. But, we are pretty darn easy, so it didn't affect us much. The kitchen was well-equipped which made cooking and hanging at the house so much more enjoyable. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the area outside of San Juan, but close enough to the city to be able to visit. Also, the beach and the rainforest are within easy traveling distances.

We traveled to PR for Spring break on our first family trip with my Dad and Tommaso's home was perfect. It looked exactly like the post and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was pristine, the beds were comfortable, the Hot Tub was amazing to wind down at night and the views were stunning. Tommaso and Karina were very helpful with beach recommendations as well as keeping us updated with the latest surf conditions ensuring our safety on the trip! Highly recommend having a rental as this location is not ideal to Uber to or from San Juan. However, this location is close to El Yunque, The Kioskas at Luquilla and a few calm beaches with amazing sunsets. We would love to stay here again! Thank you to our amazing hosts; you were phenomenal during our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tommaso’s place! The location was perfect for walking to the beach and exploring St. Augustine! The pool was a huge hit for our family—very clean and the water temperature was perfect! The home was very clean and there was plenty of space for gathering and spreading out. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at Tommaso’s home was a great experience. The place was just as described and the distance to Liquillo beach and El Yunque was perfect if that is what you are looking today in this area. Tomasso and Karina were extremely helpful and responded immediately during our stay. The area is quiet with two great restaurants right by the community. The views were exactly what I was looking. I would stay there again if I’m back I’m Rio Grande area.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful, well equipped rental property! The private rooftop deck really makes the place an oasis and sets it apart from other listings! We had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on the West Coast of Puerto Rico!
